On Sunday, the friendly and lovely Livia Martin left the Get Me Out of Here camp. She grew very fond of viewers, and with good reason; She beamed every day and her courage surprised more than one.
The challenge, which she performed alone, where her arms and feet were bound and then covered in bugs and rats on the extremities of her body, was one of the most impressive of the season.
Thanks to previous hypnosis sessions, she was able to overcome these types of mentally demanding challenges. “It helped me tremendously to find my way around. When I did the solo challenge and the glasses and centipedes tickled me, that’s what I focused on. I wanted to look for anchors through my hypnosis, which helped me a lot to stay calm. »
The return to reality after the adventure Get me out of here!, says the young woman, was more difficult than expected.
“I was amazed at how fast the world moves. I gained so much confidence in the jungle… In my hypnosis I repeat the four Cs: trust, control, courage and calm. It should come back at a leisurely pace [qui a été un choc]. The world spins so fast in the city. It’s stressful, we have a lot of responsibilities. I didn’t have my cell phone with me in the jungle and it did me a lot of good. Since I’ve been back it’s difficult to reply to messages, many things are happening at the same time. »
She adds: “I had a great realization about the time you have to take. I took a lot of time for myself there, even though I was going through a super-intensive business. »
Livia points out that these famous four Cs “Confidence, Control, Courage and Calm” should be integrated into our everyday lives. “As in the school system as in the workplace, trust, control, etc. would be extremely beneficial. Since I get me out of here! left, I am in a phase of adjustment. I’m trying to see how my exposure on social media could change something related to what I experienced there. »
She also points out that she has realized some things related to overconsumption in our society.
As Livia left the adventure on Sunday, it was heard from other campers that Livia’s body was “letting go”. “I started getting my period in the jungle,” she says. “I started getting extremely bad body aches but the classic, my skin was so sensitive the rain pinched me, it hurt my skin. I was cold. i felt so weak Also, due to the lack of food, I lacked nutrients in my body to stop the pain. »
“You can also see it on my face that I started to feel weak. I usually have such intense energy, it doesn’t take much to see I’m in deficit,” she says.
