Ant Anstead stepped out for a football game Monday amid breakup drama with ex-wife Christina Hall and his blossoming romance with Renee Zellweger.
The TV presenter, 44, threw himself into the game with his team – the US subsidiary of Southampton FC – putting his personal life aside while giving it his all.
As he ran across the field and kicked the ball in the high-energy match, he appeared concentrated and focused.
He donned his team’s red and white football gear for the game, complete with a pair of black shorts and football boots.
The athletic star – who has been dating actress Renee since 2021 – played an aggressive defense as he gave it his all in the match.

Ant and his semi-pro football team, based in Orange County, California, won the game.
It comes amid breakup drama with his ex-wife Christina, who she saw cleared up on Friday for people with the wrong impression of her personal life.
The HGTV star, 39, who has a primary residence in Orange County and a secondary residence in Franklin, Tenn., felt compelled to clarify her living situation on her Instagram Stories.
She insisted people who believe she “abandoned” or “stole” her children had prescribed “false information.”
She said, “For anyone confused…we do NOT live in Tennessee…we live in California…we have a second home in Tennessee.
“For all the people who think I abandoned or stole the kids…wrong information…we just visit our home far from home frequently.”
Christina – who is married to Joshua Hall – has one daughter, Taylor El Moussa, 12, and sons Brayden El Moussa, seven, and Hudson, three.
Christina shares Taylor and Brayden with Tarek El Moussa, her first husband, and their son Hudson with Ant – her second husband.
She married Joshua in 2022, just a year after divorcing Ant in June 2021 and four after her marriage to Tarek ended.

Tarek is now married to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa, while Ant has been dating Renee Zellweger for almost two years.
In late 2022, Ant and Christine finally settled their custody battle over Hudson, a few months after Ant filed for full custody of the child.
After a court-ordered arbitration, the former couple agreed to “continue to have joint legal and joint physical custody,” as previously agreed in June 2021.
The duo, who split in September 2020, will also be following a new vacation schedule with “exceptions” to their original agreement, according to Page Six.
Last week, Ant announced that he had given up the Orange County oceanfront home that served as his getaway during his divorce from Christina.
The TV presenter, affectionately nicknamed “Temple House” by Ant, sold the cottage in an off-market deal earlier this year after a buyer approached him with an offer, People reported.
“The temple is sold,” he told the outlet. ‘It came at the right time for another property and a change in my personal life that I’m really excited about.’
“So I thought yes. I called there and then,” he added.
He previously officially listed it for $3.3 million in October 2022 before changing his mind and withdrawing from the market.
The house also served as a retreat for Ant during his divorce from Christina.
“For me it served as a place of refuge during that time and that time is over,” he said.
“I’m in a really amazing place. Personally, I feel very, very blessed to be where I am now. To that end, Temple did his job.’
In January, Ant took to Instagram for a rare look at his romance with actress Renee, 53.
The Wheeler Dealers host uploaded a photo with the actress enjoying a night out.
The father-of-three wrote in the caption to his 451,000 followers: “Always pause for moments of magic under twinkling lights…”

It was reported that the two were dating in June of this year, shortly after he finalized his divorce from Christina.
