Universitario surprised its fans with an important announcement: the inauguration of the Monumental Museum. The student cast announced the news through their social networks, also sharing that the opening of the project presented last December will take place next Thursday, April 13th.
In their publication, the merengue group highlighted the participation USA collective, an NGO made up of U fans living in the United States, which has enabled the development of the Monumental Museum project. According to this group, the museum will have a statue of Teodoro ‘Lolo’ Fernández, the supreme idol of the student cadre.

In addition, there will be an audiovisual zone where fans can remember their team’s best moments. Although the inauguration will take place on April 13th, fans can visit this new facility from Friday 14th. Odriozola’s team also announced the opening dates for this month: Saturday 15th and 22nd, and Sunday 30th April .
