A major police operation is underway in the Saint-Alban sector of Portneuf as part of the CENTAURE strategy to combat armed violence in Quebec.

A team composed of members of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) and the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) are currently involved in the case.
In particular, they carry out searches in the fight against trafficking in illegal firearms. A report will be generated after the process is complete.
