Calvin Harris and his fiancé Vick Hope are preparing to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony this year.
Calvin Harris and his fiancée Vick Hope are reportedly set to exchange vows in an intimate ceremony this year.
The Scottish DJ, 39, proposed to his BBC Radio 1 presenter, other half, 33, last May, just five months into their whirlwind romance.
And after months of preparation, plans for the couple’s big day this year are reportedly underway.
A source shared that it’s set to be a low-key celebration: “Calvin and Vick have kept their relationship out of the public eye for the most part, so they’re not having a big wedding to show off their love to the world.
“Instead, they want it to be a much more intimate and simple day,” the insider added.
Coming up: Calvin Harris and fiancé Vick Hope are reportedly preparing to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony later this year (pictured going public with their romance in May 2022).
The source continued that they hope to make the day special and that it will only be for the couple’s nearest and dearest.
Web has reached out to Calvin and Vick’s representatives for comment.
The couple has been making big strides in their relationship lately, moving in together last month.
Calvin proposed to Vick with a huge diamond ring under a tree on his 138-acre Ibiza farm, Terra Masia, after a five-month romance.
But Vick recently revealed their love story actually dates back to the early noughties, when she was 19 – when the radio host rejected Calvin’s advances as he was an aspiring DJ.
She said Calvin first attacked her when he found his first hit in the ’80s in 2007 with his hit Acceptable — but she turned him down at the time.
“It’s something we laughed about on our first real date. We still laugh about it,” she told You magazine.
Calvin became one of the highest paid disc jockeys/producers and amassed an estimated fortune of over £200m, with Vick previously admitting she was “shallow” and had no idea he was turning into an “adonis”.
As his worldwide fame rose, the Scottish DJ has been linked to a host of stars – from his relationship with Taylor Swift to rumors he’s had brief romances with Ellie Goulding and Rita Ora.

Last year, the We Found Love hitmaker and Vick went public with their relationship at the Chelsea Flower Show after keeping their relationship a secret.
While Vick said she’s keeping the details of their engagement private, she said it was a “very special moment” and “it was… perfect.”
The TV star also opened up about why she chose to keep her relationship with Calvin mostly private.
She said: “We don’t really put anything on social media because the time we have together is ‘real life’ and it’s our own. For the first time in a long time, I’m quitting work and going home to a life that’s all mine. I’m learning to find balance and peace.’
Asked if stepping into a multi-million pound world has changed her perspective – especially as she didn’t come from a wealthy background growing up, Vick remains focused on her own career – rather than overcoming the limitations of Calvin’s success.
She said: “We both have very busy work hours: I’ll join him if I can and then I’ll come back for my work.”
