Guy Lafleur’s former estate on Île Bizard has finally found a buyer, some eight months after it was first put up for sale.

The luxurious home was listed on Londono Real Estate Group’s website at a price of $1.695 million. At the end of August, when it was first made available, the sum requested was $2.5 million.

Located on Place du Moulin on the banks of Lac des Deux Montagnes, the residence covers 21,000 square meters. A helipad is also located in the backyard as the blond demon loved aviation.
Built in 1996, the house has fifteen rooms including three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shower room. There is also an in ground heated pool.
