The expert report on all electronic devices (tablets, computers, cell phones) by Jonathan Morel, leader of the Federal Revolution, revealed some surprising data, some showing his obsession, notably by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and also by Alberto Fernández. One of the documents he kept is a “collaboration and transfer of rights agreement” with a production company related to a documentary series about the assassination of the Vice President. Files in “PDF” format were discovered when making inquiries to the Nosis platform (which provides trading and financial reports) on the vice president, including the president, and other executives. There was a large number of photos, videos and dialogues that allow us to examine the activities of the violent group, the involvement of some of their speakers under investigation in a crash even in front of CFK’s house in Recoleta, their concern to break away from the to review attack and the continuity of his aggressive actions after the assassination.
The analysis was carried out by the Airport Security Police (PSA) on the basis of a request made by Judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi last October, to whom it was served. Judge and prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita had argued that this case could be linked to the attack on the vice president, considering that the members of the Federal Revolution were an “illegal association to combat ideologies” and with their actions in social networks . and in the streets he collaborated with “a climate of violence” whose “most serious act” was “the attempted assassination” of the vice president. The judge investigating the matter, María Eugenia Capuchetti, declined to join the investigation. Both the federal chamber and this week the cassation chamber relaxed the prosecution against their members, leaving them with the crime of inciting violence and filed the CFK complaint. Hiring a small joinery in Boulogne for a job 1,400 kilometers away always aroused suspicion. Photos of documents/passports of Venezuelan citizens emerged among the material. Two of them, José Gregorio Camargo Castellanos and Joel Gustavo Rodriguez García, were reportedly arrested in Kenya. There is also a picture of the document from Victoria Vanessa Valdiviezo Marval, who was one of the crew members of the Venezuelan plane (by Embratur) that was detained in the country last year.
Chats, photos and videos
This case contains evidence of the violent marches of the Federal Revolution and the conversations they had with up to 2,000 people on Twitter Spaces, where they even discussed the assassination of CFK and Alberto Fernández, among others. This behavior is completed by some more evidence that has now been found.
A group that goes by the name “Las roba michis” has photos of Morel pasting anti-government leaflets to light poles. They have the tone of the organization’s aggressive slogans and call for demonstrations. “Let’s not let Kirchnerist tyranny try to silence us.” “Do you like threatening prosecutors now? Go for good” with the president’s photo and a nod to prosecutor Diego Luciani of the Highway case. Or the sentence “Kirchnerism never again” with the typography of the Conadep book. There are also several photos of murals with graffiti that say “CFK Chorra”. And other pamphlets that reverse the concept of hate that characterizes the federal revolution, for example with sentences like “hate is vaccine theft”, “hate gives the planeros a bonus of 15,000 pesos”.
You can see pictures of the actions and marches with torches that have been known since May 2022, as well as the famous guillotine from the carpentry workshop. The latter with a screenshot that reads, “Maybe the time has come for people to start making cuts!” In video from a mobilization at Quinta de Olivos, Morel yells, “For the country, I am a coup leader.” He is dating Sabrina Basile, hurling insult after insult at the president.
Another video, which would be novel, shows the two together with Gastón Guerra at a “demonstration / eskrache held at the residence of the nation’s Vice President Cristina Kirchner”. There are several occasions when they perform with torches, including Leonardo Sosa, not only in the well-known march to Casa Rosada on August 18, where Brenda Uliarte is known to have been imprisoned for attempted murder.
There is a specific document and exchange where they are organizing an action for October 6th, that is a month after the attack on CFK, and although they said they would not do anything else. They call the call “Screenshot and Torch Ceremony,” a schedule of activities and the items they planned to bring: Brochures – materials for making torches (tow, lambre, and kerosene).
A text from Revolución Federal reappears – already incorporated into the matter – trying to get rid of the attack on CFRP, modified two days after the attack. He says they received a strange message on Twitter from someone who appeared to be taking responsibility for the assassination. “Did we do it right?” he said. “We organized it in a chat in a Taringa community with a foreigner.” And the organization clarified that they had no knowledge of the authorship of the message. They specifically added that they had no “responsibility” for what happened. The still unidentified screenshot of the alleged author of the message with the label “juanargento” was found on the devices.
The PSA found recorded video calls. One between Morel, Sosa and Dalila Monti: They plan to “close the Ministry of Women”. You talk about building a hidden camera. They are planning another march to Olivos, with torches and stones, and to shout “macristas” and/or “liberals” they “try to contact journalists from La Nación, relatives of victims of the pandemic.” Morel says: “In San Isidro my mother-in-law He has political connections and they say they support me with people.” In another video call, Morel speaks to a man and radiates hatred towards Victoria Donda: “You know who carries the guns? Your old men carried guns, that’s why they’re very dead… (…) Son of a bitch, Donda the clam, it’s all right, your mother’s bitch… that montonera daughter of a bitch. Your old people are dead because they were two Donda sons of bitches, like you” , and a long speech in the same tone.
Another of the disturbing chats, of which Morel retained a screenshot, is to someone named “Gina” who says, “I’m giving you confidential information, Máximo K is in La Plata, with the board of… between “Today and on Anything can happen on Monday, including a self-coup.
