It’s not every day that a famous child star turns 33, so Emma Watson took the opportunity to give everyone a really big life update. The notoriously private actress offered a glimpse into her 33rd year with a long caption and lots of cool pics from her Prada campaign.

The Harry Potter star has been dropping a ton of the shots on Instagram in separate posts, and she certainly looks polished, strong and radiant in her Prada attire. First up is a shot of Emma in a chic V-neck Prada crop top paired with slouchy shorts. The look shows off her strong abs and super toned legs. Here’s a look:

“This is 33. Holy Moly,” she wrote in the caption. “I retired from my life – I learned to surf (badly), πŸ„β€β™€οΈ I rode some horses (πŸ‡that went better), I did a lot of therapy (YES πŸ’ͺ😍 therapy!). My brother and I teamed up @renaisspirits. I adopted Sofia in Mexico who seems to be an angel and not a dog πŸ‘Ό. We filmed a Harry Potter reunion… I started an environmental fund for women πŸ“ˆ. I played pickleball with @sugarrayleonard and even played golf and then tried to get all my friends to learn it too.”

In the lengthy caption, Emma revealed that she’s now done with her daily health and wellness routines. “It took me three years, but I’ve finally figured out a daily practice and can actually maintain it for more than a few days at a time,” she continued. “I burned some things down πŸ™πŸ”₯🧯 . I eat green things now 🌱 ! … Today I feel πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹.”

Emma is notoriously private and hasn’t shared many details about her workout routines lately. However, Delish reports that the star used to work with trainer Emily Drew and has done 30-minute sessions filled with lots of stretching and strength training. They also made stability ball moves like oblique rolls and ball passes.

When she’s not sweating it out at the gym, Emma is a huge yoga fan β€” she’s even a certified yoga teacher. She told Elle Australia that her yoga practice just makes her feel good. “I was like, ‘I have to find a way to always feel safe and at home in myself,'” she said. “Because I can never rely on a physical location.”

Emma also takes care of her mental health. In 2019, she told Glamor UK that she was entering therapy to deal with her Harry Potter fame. “I was in therapy and I felt really guilty,” she said. “I wonder why I, anyone else, would have enjoyed and wanted this aspect more than I did. And I’ve fought a lot with the guilt about it. I think I should enjoy this a lot more, I should be more excited and I’m really really fighting.”

Of course, good sanity is always backed by a strong community, and Emma’s birthday post definitely celebrates the strong women in her life. She told Glamor that she’s fine being single. “I never believed all the ‘I’m happier single’ talk,” she said. “I thought, ‘This is total fun.’ It took a long time but I’m very happy [being single]. I call it independence.”
