“A lot was missing…”; Former TV host criticizes the BBB 23 in a post about Amanda, dividing opinions online

This last stretch of BBB 23 come and have something to talk about! After a fastpaced week of eliminations, the public doesn’t seem to have been very happy with the changes in the game. Shortly after Domitila left, Internet users again accused TV Globo of alleged manipulations in reality on Tuesday evening (18).

Another person who criticized the show was Otaviano Costa, a former broadcaster presenter. The husband of actress Flávia Alessandra left a critique of reality over a tweet detonating his favoritism towards Amanda Meirelles.

While many are already pointing to the sister as the current edition’s champion, others claim that she didn’t deserve the award and that even with the large crowd, reality somehow rigged the final walls results. The tweet in question said, “Amanda champion of the WORST BBB IN HISTORY to match her trajectory you can close the issue the BBB is over”. Otaviano then commented, “There was a lot lacking in legal gamification… They invested in simplicity and left something to be desired,” he criticized the reality show.

In the comments Netizens agreed with the moderator: “Just facts, so much so that already halfway through the show it was all clear what was going to happen and in the order in which it was going to happen,” wrote one user on Twitter. “And he wasn’t lying, this year’s BBB sucks… Shameless manipulation!” opined another. There were also those who opposed Otaviano’s comment: “You don’t immediately accept that the champion is already Amandinha. Everything is manipulation to you,” one said. “Oh spare me! Accept that the deserts moved the game a lot more,” said another.
