Earlier this month, Necmi Arslan, 54, was found dead at his home in Istanbul, Turkey. The divorce judge lived at the property with his wife Hande, 43, and they had a 3yearold son. The case took a different turn when it was discovered that the judge had been burned with boiling oil and stabbed to death by his companion.
The judge would have threatened to leave his wife after discovering he was not the child’s biological father. In this way, Hande took a pot of boiling cooking oil and threw it at her husband, in addition to stabbing him repeatedly. Hande is said to have thrown himself out of the window of the third floor apartment. The woman was rescued alive but died of her injuries in an infirmary. Police were called and found the judge’s body upon entering the couple’s home. According to the investigation, the judge confronted his companion when he learned that he was not the father of the child.
The couple met in court
Arslan and Hande became lovers during the woman’s divorce proceedings. The judge takes care of the case and finally gets involved with the divorced woman. In addition, the two married immediately after the separation, when Hande announced her pregnancy from the district court.
Necmi then had to perform a DNA test To the boy as her son. The test result showed a 99.99% probability that the child was Hande’s exhusband’s son.
