The outing comes after news that Ellie will star as Kate Moss in the upcoming feature film Moss & Freud, with the model herself serving as executive producer.
The film is a dramatic portrayal of supermodel and cultural phenomenon Kate as she made the decision to sit for celebrated British artist Lucian Freud at the height of her fame.
Director James Lucas is best known for his Oscar-winning live-action short The Phone Call (starring Sally Hawkins and Jim Broadbent).
Speaking of the project, Kate said: “Because this is such a personal story of mine, it was important to be involved with James in all aspects of the development of the project.
“I’m thrilled with the recent cast and excited that the film will start filming soon, I can’t wait to see it.”
Set around Lucian’s studios in Holland Park and London in the turbulent days of early 2000’s Britain, the story opens up an exploration of Lucian’s mysterious past and Kate’s life as a globally recognized supermodel.

At the height of the supermodel era, Kate was already a global icon, but at a crossroads in her life and work, she agreed to work for acclaimed painter Lucian – who died in 2011 at the age of 88 – over a trying, intense period from nine months to sit his studio in Holland Park.
Although they come from seemingly different worlds and are often at odds, as their relationship progresses, the two enigmatic personalities discover that they are kindred spirits with much to learn from each other and, consequently, about themselves.
The process becomes cathartic, leaving both of them changed forever.
Kate redefined the face of fashion in the ’90s and went on to become a global cultural icon, her career spanning three decades.
She has appeared on the covers of all the major fashion magazines in the world, including a record 40 covers for British Vogue.
