– The PLE WWE Backlash begins with the opening video of the show presented by Bad Bunny. The commentators greet us and the wrestlers arrive.
RAW Women’s Championship
Bianca Belair (c) vs Iyo Sky
At the end of the fight, Belair takes her into KOD, but Sky pushes her back into the ring. Sky moonsaults her off the third rope and gets Belair back in the ring to cover her, but she resists. Sky mounted Belair on the corner, mistaking her for a Rana, but Belair blocked her and powerbombed her! Belair covers her, but Sky fights back. Bayley and Dakota Kai arrive on the apron. Belair wants to push her back, Sky takes the opportunity to pull Belair’s hair, but Belair punches her and takes her in KOD. Kai gets on the apron, Sky takes the opportunity to roll up, but Belair fights back. Bayley gets on the apron and Belair pulls her out of the ring. Kai takes the opportunity to kick Belair! Sky follows up with a moonsault but Belair avoids it and KODs it for the three count.
Winner: Bianca Belair
– Backstage, Bad Bunny is preparing for his match and Rey Mysterio arrives. Both speak Spanish. Savio Vega arrives to greet Bunny and give him a kendo stick for his Street Fight match.
– We present a video about the rivalry between Omos and Rollins.
Omos accompanied by MVP against Seth Rollins
At the end of the fight, Rollins launches into Stomp, but Omos doesn’t move. Omos chokes him and covers him but Rollins fights back at the last second. Omos mistakes it for his finisher, but Rollins blocks it and hits it with a sleeper. Omos resists and pushes him back to the ground. Rollins stomps Omos and a second stomp to cover, but Omos resists two. Rollins steps into the corner to stomp off the top rope for the three count.
Winner: Seth Rollins
United States Championship – Triple Threat Match
Bobby Lashley vs Bronson Reed vs Austin Theory (c)
At the end of the fight, Theory avoids Reed’s Moonsault, Lashley uses the opportunity to spear Reed! Theory throws Lashley in the ring and covers Reed for a three count.
Winner: Austin Theory
– After the fight, Theory flees the ring before Lashley can catch him.
– We present a video of the Night of Champions, which will take place on May 27th.
SmackDown Women’s Championship – Singles Match
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Zelina Vega
At the end of the fight, Vega rolls a 619 on Ripley. Vega comes to the corner and does a Meteora at Ripley to cover her, but she resists two. Ripley blocks an attack from Vega with a kick and Riptides blocks it for the three count.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
– After the fight, Zelina Vega gets a standing ovation for being in her country.
– We present a video about the rivalry between Bunny and Priest.
– Bad Bunny comes into the ring with a basket full of match items to his new theme song “Chambea”.
Street fight in San Juan
Damian Priest vs. Bad Bunny
At the end of the bout, the two fight ringside near the technical team. Priest rides Bunny on boxes. Priest Falcon Arrows Bunny by tables. Officers arrive to confirm Bad Bunny’s condition. Priest grabs Bunny and takes him back to the ring saying he’s not done yet. Bunny dodges a kick and hits Priest with a kendo stick. Bunny attacks Priest’s knee. The priest begs Bunny to stop and takes the opportunity to kick Bunny. Priest grabs a chair but Bunny low blows him. Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio come to beat up Bunny. Rey Mysterio comes up, but he can’t do two against one. Carlito’s music starts and he clears the ring with a backstabber on Balor and spits his apple on Dominik. Dominik and Balor want to escape through the scene, but Savio Vega comes in with the LWO to attack Dominik and Balor again.
Priest tries to kick, but he can’t stand on his leg. Bunny follows Priest with a figure four leg lock, Priest resists and grabs Bunny by the neck to break the submission. Bunny dodges Priest’s finisher with a roll up, but he fights back. Bunny dodges an attack on the corner and Priest crashes into a chair. Bunny follows with a Sliced Bread 2 and covers him but he fights back. Bunny repeatedly hits Priest with a chair. Bunny continues with a Canadian destroyer and counts to three!
Winner: Bad Bunny
– After the fight, Bad Bunny celebrates his victory and the LWO returns with Carlito to celebrate.
– We present a video about the rivalry between the Bloodline and the tag team champions + Riddle.
Six-man tag team match
Bloodline (Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa) vs Matt Riddle, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
At the end of the fight, Solo and Jey start stealing each other’s tags. Sami tries to take advantage with a Helluva Kick, but Jey dodges it and punches Solo. Zayn pushes Jey back into the corner and Helluva kicks him to cover, but Solo breaks the count. Solo turns to Jey, but Riddle kicks him out of the ring. Jimmy pushes Riddle out of the ring. Solo comes back with a Samoan Spike on Owens. Solo accidentally grabs Jey and wonders if he will make him his finisher, Solo eventually agrees to let him go. Jey Superkicks Sami. Jey continues with a splash but Sami blocks him with his knees and rolls him up but he fights back. Riddle takes the tag and kneels Jey and Bro Derek on him, but Solo takes the tag in the back and Samoan Spikes Riddle for the three.
Winner: Bloodlines
– After the battle, the clan suspiciously celebrates the victory.
– We present a video about the story between Lesnar and Rhodes.
– Before the fight, Cody comes first, Lesnar comes next, and Cody launches a suicide jump on Lesnar! Cody begins punching Lesnar, knocking him headfirst into the steel step three times. Cody grabs a chair and begins chaining punches at his opponent. Lesnar manages to get in the ring and the match begins.
Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
At the end of the fight, Cody throws a disaster kick at Lesnar, then a second. Lesnar gets up again. Cody launches into Disaster Kick but Lesnar catches him and gives him a German suplex! Cody punches Lesnar as he approaches. Cody starts from the corner but Lesnar hits him with a fallaway slam. Lesnar starts his German suplexes on Cody. Cody removes a protective pad on a corner during a suplex. Cody dodges an attack and Lesnar hits the corner without a pad, bleeding Lesnar. Cody RKOs Lesnar. Cody proceeds with a disaster kick. Cody hits Lesnar on his cut and follows with a Cody Cutter. Cody follows up with a Cross Rhodes, a second Cross Rhodes and covers it, but Lesnar fights back with two. Cody waits for Lesnar to get up and mistakes him for another Cross Rhodes but Lesnar hits him on F5 and covers him but Cody resists two! Lesnar proceeds with his Kimura Lock on Cody, Cody resists and Cody knocks him down in a quick count to surprise him for the win!
Winner: Cody Rhodes
– After the fight, Cody quickly goes backstage. Lesnar is left alone in the ring and the show ends like this.
