An OnlyFans star who spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery to look like Kim Kardashian reportedly died of cardiac arrest after having silicone injected into his buttocks by an “unlicensed” doctor.
Christina Ashten Gourkani, a 34-year-old American model who went online from Ashten G, died in hospital last month after undergoing the risky procedure.
Ms Gourkani hired Vivian Gomez, a Florida woman who is not licensed to practice medicine, to help her improve, reports The Daily Post.
According to San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, Ms. Gomez traveled to a hotel in California where she met Ms. Gourkani on March 19.
Ms. Gomez was arrested April 20 at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida and is being extradited to Redwood City, San Francisco.

She faces charges of negligent homicide and practicing medicine without a license, which has resulted in serious bodily harm.
The Coroner’s Office is still investigating Ms Gourkani’s death.
Last month, Ms Gourkani’s heartbroken family launched a GoFundMe page to raise funds for her funeral.
The page included a lengthy statement in which they expressed their shock and fear, as well as a brief account of the moments leading up to the model’s death.
“It is with deep sadness and an immensely heavy broken heart that we share the most devastating, unfortunate and unexpected death of our beautiful, beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani,” her family wrote.
The statement went on to describe the harrowing moment when someone called Christina’s family at 4.30am and yelled, “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying!”
The family spokesman then described the “living nightmare” of watching her health deteriorate following her cardiac arrest in hospital.

Fellow OnlyFans model Mary Magdalene paid tribute to Ms. Gourkani on Instagram.
Ms. Magdalene, a cosmetic surgery addict who once nearly died trying to get the “world’s fattest vagina,” wrote: “I don’t know her, [but] I always randomly saw her on Instagram and thought she was really pretty, but that’s so sad that she just passed away from cosmetic surgery.
“It’s so scary because you really never know when you’re going to die [risky surgery]’ she added, before voicing her own fears about ‘suffering brain damage’ if she goes under the knife.
