“I think this is the time for diplomacy, not war. Everyone knows that Brazil condemned the territorial invasion of Ukraine. But at the same time, the continuation of the war will only lead to death. We need to find someone to talk about peace and Brazil is ready for that,” said the Brazilian President.

Lula said he has already transferred the leaders of China and the UK his idea of ​​creating a group of intermediary countries and that he will do so with all whom he will meet at the next G7 meeting.

According to Lula, each of the parties to the conflict has their own reasons.
