Jamie Lee Komoroski’s blood alcohol content was 0.261 following the April 28 accident that killed 34-year-old Samantha Hutchinson in Folly Beach, South Carolina, according to a toxicology report.
Komoroski was driving a rented Toyota Camry at 65 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone on a poorly lit residential street.
Komoroski’s car crashed into the golf buggy carrying the bride and groom, causing it to be thrown 100 meters and overturned several times – killing Hutchinson and seriously injuring her new husband.
Komoroski, 25, reportedly said to emergency services after the accident, ‘Suddenly something hit me.’ I did nothing wrong.’
Jamie Komoroski, 25, has been charged with three counts of drunk driving resulting in serious injury or death and one count of involuntary manslaughter

Komoroski, a waitress at a taco bar, reportedly admitted to having two drinks an hour before the cracker: a beer and a tequila and pineapple cocktail, the New York Post reported.
Sergeant. Zac Halpern of Folly Beach Police said he asked her how drunk she was on a scale of one to ten and she murmured that she was eight before requesting a lawyer.
Officers at the scene tried to conduct a sobriety test, but Komoroski refused and yelled for her boyfriend.
Police noted that she appeared to be trying to hide her eyes from them.

Aric Hutchinson was discharged from hospital this week after suffering numerous broken bones and a brain injury in the crash
Halpern tried to help her out of the car to check her balance and noticed she was having trouble standing.
Komoroski claimed she was fine, although Halpern had to explain three times why she was arrested.
“This is a clear indication that someone is drunk; “It’s something to keep repeating after your question has already been answered,” Halpern wrote in the report.
Hutchinson’s husband Aric, 36, was seriously injured in the accident: He was only discharged from hospital earlier this week.
Komoroski remains in prison, where she is being held without bail on three counts of drunk driving, including death and involuntary manslaughter.
Her next court date is scheduled for June.
