Monuments around the world are lit in the national blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag in solidarity with the people of Ukraine after the Russian invasion.

The famous Fisherman’s Bastion in Budapest, Hungary, Ludwinsburg Palace in Germany and the 16th-century Palazzo Marino in Milan, Italy, were also lit with blue and yellow stripes in solidarity with Ukrainians whose lives were torn apart by the war.
