The All For You singer – who dated Tom Cruise earlier in the week – wore a form-fitting, mid-calf length animal-print dress with chunky white trainers and huge gold hoop earrings.
Her raven hair was tied in a bun on top of her head and her makeup showed off her glowing complexion.
She captioned the post, “Thank you everyone for all the lovely birthday wishes.” You all made this birthday very special for me. “I love you guys,” adding three heart-eye emojis.
Questlove, 52, hosted the party for the Rhythm Nation singer at the Divine Lorraine Hotel in Philadelphia.

The cake had “Happy Birthday Janet” written on it and five tall, narrow red candles.
Janet’s sister, Latoya Jackson, commented on the Instagram post, “Happy birthday Jan!” Happy birthday to you,” adding several celebratory emojis.
Busta Rhymes expressed his wishes in all capital letters, writing, “Happy Birthday Fair Queen Royal Empress.”
Ludacris, Questlove, Big Boi and Bill Bellamy all left emojis to celebrate the Control singer.
The ‘When I Think Of You’ hitmaker is currently on her ‘Together Again’ tour, which began April 14 and will run 38 stops through June 21.
The tour celebrates Janet’s 50th anniversary in the entertainment industry, as well as the 25th anniversary of her album The Velvet Rope and the 30th anniversary of Janet’s release.

The new documentary is a sequel to last year’s documentary by Janet Jackson, which received rave reviews.

The documentary will also see a reunion of family band The Jacksons for the first time in 40 years.
