On Friday, May 19, the marathon party at the St. Michael. The “Grisus” guarantee a good mood with their program. The end of the party will be the “Südsteirer” on Saturday, May 20th. With their well-known hits like “Du bist die Ane”, they warm up festival visitors again. The start is always at 21:00.

The 2nd VS Rust Spring Festival takes place on Saturday, May 20th from 2pm to 7pm at the Storchenwiese. A giant bouncy castle will be set up and a huge game program is planned. Food and drink are obviously well looked after. Also for coffee, homemade cakes and delicious ice cream. And for those who like to dance there will be a children’s disco!
2nd VS Rust spring festival
The community center on Draßmarkt will open on Sunday, May 21st. At 2 pm there will be a concert by the Musikverein Heimatklänge Draßmarkt. At 2.30 pm there will be a welcome speech and speech, after which there will be an opportunity for a visit and relaxed conclusion.

The garden party will take place at Café Joy Pub in Jennersdorf on Friday, May 19th, from 6pm. The “Lafnitz Delta Blues String Trioquartett” with analog drum accompaniment will be present live on stage.

The “small Thai festival” will take place again this weekend in Mörbisch am See. From Friday to Sunday the small Thai festival goes into the second phase after a long break! Together with Austria’s Phuenthai cultural association, all participants will soon be welcomed in the courtyard of THE FABULOUS WINERY. You can expect the best of Thai cuisine, Thai dance performances and, of course, lots of wine.

From Saturday to Sunday, the Karakterre is coming back to Eisenstadt! The internationally known FAIR DO VINHO NATURAL takes place in the Orangery of Parque do Castelo. Tickets for the fair are available online.

On Saturday, May 20, the association Trailwerk Gewrittenstein invites you to the official opening of the new Rechnitz pumping track and bicycle playground on the Rechnitz bathing lake. At the same time, the third competition of the BIKEMENT Austrian Pumptrack Series will take place. There’s free training for kids, free bike rental (kids), Dirt & Style Jam from Lines Magazine, and a bouncy castle.

On Saturday, May 20, from 9 am to 12 pm, a cooking workshop of approximately 3 hours “Simple and healthy cooking” will take place in Purbach. The workshop is intended for small groups only (max. 5 participants). Here you will find basic information about healthy eating, organic ingredients and recipes to go.

Many useful items such as household items, children’s toys or electronic gadgets are handed over to municipal waste collection points and some end up in bulky waste. Among them, there are often still fully functional parts that are lost for reuse. As part of this day, a reuse day to collect these items will be held on Saturday, May 20th in Kittsee Township! Under the motto “Reuse instead of throwing away”, objects that are no longer needed but are good are accepted directly on site.

On Sunday, from 10.30 am, there will again be advance purchases at the Muba festival tent in Neutal as part of the open day. The Kobersdorf working band will provide musical support. Starts at 10:30 am in the MUBA marquee with beer, wine, coffee, pastries and strawberry punch. From 11:30 am there will be a delicious schnitzel to eat. The MUBA team awaits your arrival!

There’s plenty to see at the cultural festival in the municipality of Winden am See on Sunday, May 21, from 3 pm. Among other things, local painters, sculptors and photographers present their work. In bad weather, the festival program takes place in Gmuastodl. Food and drink will be provided with a free donation!
