Marina and Sofia Liberato, daughters of Gugu Liberato, came to Brazil to take part in the process that analyzes the stable connection between the presenter and Rose Miriam. According to g1, the twins will be heard before the São Paulo judge early next week and should likely speak out on the mother’s side. The young women live in the United States, where they are studying, and have not visited the country for two years.
The whole question about Gugu’s estate started after his sudden death in November 2019. At the time, it was reported that the TV veteran left 75% of his fortune to his children and the other 25% to his nephews. Since Rose did not have the relationship recognized in the deed, she tries to prove a stable connection in order to be entitled to a part of the inheritance.
In a statement released by g1, the lawyer representing the mother and daughters said the trial was being conducted under judicial secrecy. “Twins Marina and Sofia always stood by their mother in search of recognition of a stable connection. All the elements prove that Rose and Gugu had a public, notorious, longlasting and lasting relationship with the aim of starting a family. We reaffirm our belief that we are getting closer to justice every day,” said Nelson Wilians.
Not long ago, the sisters released a statement on social media supporting their mother. “This is our response to the latest published articles aimed at attacking our true family, our mother and especially the memory of our father,” they said on Instagram. “We have always supported our mother in her fight for justice, which we hope will happen soon,” they said.

It is not yet known if the eldest son, João Augusto, will attend the hearings. He had already lobbied for the defense of his aunt Aparecida Liberato, who was named executor. If the decision goes in favor of Rose, she is entitled to half of the inheritance the other 50% belongs to the three children.
However, the family feud includes a third element: Thiago Salvático, a businessman who claims to have had a stable relationship with the presenter for nine years. He also tries to prove a stable connection with Gugu, but the application was not recognized by the judiciary.
