In the next few chapters, Neide (Neyde Braga) starts gossiping about the name Jenifer (Bella Campos) when he sees her with Hugo (MC Cabelinho). But the student ignores the gossip without caring, because at this point in the mastery, the young woman learns that she is the result of a rape committed by Theo (Emílio Dantas) on his mother Sol (Sheron Menezes).

Jenifer learns the whole truth from Kate (Clara Moneke). The young woman apologizes for having her mother relive the whole story as she tries to uncover the truth about her upbringing. Sol’s daughter still says it’s not her mother’s fault. “That’s why I did everything I did. I gave up on Ben, I lied… I just wanted to keep Theo away from you. And I couldn’t,” says Sol, hugging her daughter.

The law student realizes that she needs to know everything about this story and ends up becoming a detective in order to defeat her birth father and put him in prison. Jenifer then searches for Ben (Samuel de Assis) and says the businessman may have raped other victims. Therefore, Jenifer begins to pursue other women who may have been victims of Theo.

Jenifer then decides to sue the villain. Orpheus (Jonathan Haagensen) learns of the student’s decision and does not hesitate to act. Annoyed, exconvict Hugo (MC Cabelinho) demands that he do everything he can to convince the future lawyer to drop the lawsuit against the villain. Sol doesn’t like the idea either and begs her to give up. By this point in the championship, Hugo will already be seriously dating Jenifer, which will leave him with no way out.
