Hackboard 2 Introducing an Intel x86 SBC with the Celeron

Hackboard 2: Introducing an Intel x86 SBC with the Celeron N4020 – notebookcheck.biz

The Hackboard 2 is finally shipping, more than two years late. Despite this, Hackboard continues to market its Single Board Computer (SBC) claiming it offers “desktop power” the size of a smartphone. For reference, the Hackboard 2 measures 120 x 80mm, making it shorter but wider than most smartphones.

Hackboard adds that the Hackboard 2 remains one of the cheapest Intel-based, Windows-based single-board computers ever made, succeeding the Intel Celeron N4020, which is about half as powerful as the Celeron N5105 in the LattePanda 3 Delta.

In addition, the Hackboard 2 can be configured with 4 or 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and 64 to 512 GB of storage. In addition, the SBC features a 40-pin GPIO header and two M.2 slots for connecting up to 4TB of storage. The Hackboard 2 starts at $174.95 with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and Debian Linux preinstalled. The SBC can also be configured with a Windows 11 Pro license, 8GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage for up to $299.95. Visit the Hackboard website for more information.
