According to the country’s authorities, an armed attack on a group of amateur rally drivers this Saturday (20) in Enseada, a city in Mexico near the border with the United States, left ten dead and nine injured.
The massacre happened in the afternoon when motorists taking part in an adventure race were stopped at the side of the road when a group of men got out of a pickup truck and opened fire.
Videos posted on social media show the bodies of some of the victims alongside fourwheel drive vehicles on the dusty path.
