The Entrepreneur Luciano slope decided to take legal action against the Porto Alegre rock band “Punkzilla” for the song titled “Eu Odeio o Véio da Van” (see below) released by the group in 2020 and available on audio platforms and YouTube .
Although he is not credited by name, Hang claims the lyrics to the song are “extremely offensive and disrespectful.” Additionally, Luciano’s defense claims that the single’s cover art clearly references him.
According to excerpts from the petition published by Ancelmo Góis in the newspaper O Globo, “it is more than clear that a song containing at least 21 direct oaths and the insinuation of criminal characteristics, by itself, tarnishes and undermines the honor and reputation of the author” and their social seriousness”.
The text of the petition also mentions 21 words that appear as “disappointing” in the song’s lyrics, including terms such as “asshole”, “muggle”, “senile”, “deadbeat”, “cuckold”, “brocha” and others.
As of this writing, the song has racked up 132,000 views on Spotify and almost 50,000 views on YouTube.

According to the description published on the band’s official channel, the song, which lasts a minute and a half, speaks to a character who is “reckless in traffic and, moreover, an admirer of the ‘thing'”.
“The song portrays an elderly person driving a van. This irresponsible person caused a lot of trouble and confusion on a tour we did a few years ago.”
