Stan releases trailer for new series Year Of from the creators of Bump
Stan has released an exciting trailer for his new Australian series Year Of.
Produced by the creators of Offspring, the ten-part Stan Original drama is a spin-off of the Claudia Karvan streaming hit Bump.
The new show premieres on Stan on June 9th and is set in the same fictional high school as Bump.
The story revolves around a group of friends navigating their senior year of high school, sex, love and identity.

The new show is set in the same fictional high school as Bump Pictured: a scene from Year Of
The trailer shows scenes of the main characters hanging out in a downtown Sydney park.
Loud scenes are also shown when the high school students attend what appears to be an illegal “rave” party at a warehouse.
Other scenes depicted include moments of sex and romance.
The trailer also heralds a tragedy within the group that has far-reaching implications for everyone.

Viewers can also look forward to storylines featuring the schoolchildren’s parents, played by Wentworth’s Danielle Cormack and Matt Nable from the cult streaming hit Mr. In between”.
Packed to the Rafters star Caroline Brazier, Sam Johnson from Stan’s streaming hit Molly and Christian Byers from Bump also join the cast.
The newcomer cast now includes Thor: Love and Thunder actor Samson Alston, Tharanya Tharan (More Than This) and Joshua Hewson.
