The Tu Musica Urbano Awards announced this Wednesday the confirmed presenters for this fourth edition, which will be held live on Thursday, June 15 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
The red carpet hosts of this fourth edition will be: Gil Lopez, host of Telemundo PR’s Día a Día program, who has emerged as a fashion and travel influencer. Also in attendance will be the singer, model and winner of La Casa de los Famosos. Madison Anderson and the charismatic influencer and presenter Rodner Figueroa.
The Tu Música Urbano Awards, created by businesswoman Soraya Sánchez for Sora and Company1, are the only awards dedicated solely to recognizing urban music and its performers. Taking place in Puerto Rico, the event not only contributes to the local economy, but is also a means of boosting tourism on the island.
“We celebrate 4 years of Tu Música Urbano Awards at the most important moment in urban music with the expression of diversity, fusion and sustained growth of the genre. During the holiday season, which begins on June 13 with Tu Música Urban lectures at the Coca Cola Music Hall and culminates on Thursday, June 15, the island will be visited by artists, journalists and relevant figures from the urban music industry worldwide. We are very excited to give Puerto Rico this visibility as the cradle of the urban genre,” said Sánchez.
In this regard, the executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Carlos Mercado Santiago, pointed out that “the Tu Música Urbano Awards give us the opportunity to present Puerto Rico as the ideal host for entertainment industry productions and first-category shows an audience of over 20 million viewers in the primary markets of America and Europe. The event not only showcases the diversity that Puerto Rico has to offer as a tourist destination and the caliber of talent in this popular music genre, but also benefits the local economy as it directly impacts approximately 8.5 million people.”
Premios Tu Música Urbano will bring together some of the artistic talent, an array of elite presenters such as one of Puerto Rico’s most popular figures, Denise Quinonesthe renowned composer and representative of the new generation of the urban genre Alvaro Diazthe actor of the series “Días de Gallos”, Eckothe actress of the series “The Lord of the Air”, Isabella Castillothe influencer and radio figure mollusk and the young star of urban music VF7.
In addition, influential figures in the urban genre such as MC eyebrow, the ghetto, ungrateful, Calleb Calloway, Itzza first And ChrisPalace. They are joined by the Hoy Día Puerto Rico cheerleaders, the talented Ivonne Orsini, Jacky Fontanez And Pamela Noahamong other.
The Tu Música Urbano Awards will be held on Thursday, June 15 at 8:00 p.m. at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan. This great show is broadcast live on Telemundo PR and also in more than 150 Spanish speaking countries via Telemundo Internacional.
The on-screen offering will reach a new level of quality with innovative set design and audiovisual elements complementing each of the awards and musical presentations.
