Nearly a year after their split, the two celebs have been seen in multiple battles over custody of their two children, Milan and Sasha, and the little ones’ recent move to Miami with Shakira.
Piqué and Shakira are once again at the center of controversy over the release of the official “Acrostic” themed video, which also involves their children.
According to Antonio Rossi, host of El programa de Ana Rosa, despite the uproar that the video for the song caused, Gerard Piqué has no plans to sue Shakira in the near future.

“He (Gerard Piqué) has an ace up his sleeve to be able to show that Shakira’s actions have had an impact on his children and to show that they have not favored their relationship,” said host Rossi.
“And he has it on WhatsApp because it’s in writing. “A message written by Shakira that Piqué used and could use to tarnish Shakira’s image, being clear that once the divorce began he did not want or pretend to have a good relationship with the father,” he concluded.
According to Antonio Rossi, whether or not he sues Shakira, Piqué has an “ace up his sleeve” in case he later goes to court.
