Celine Dion Makes $20M By Selling Las Vegas House She Never Lived In – Le Journal de Québec

Celine Dion, who is struggling with serious health problems, is making a profit of around 20 million from a mansion she would never have lived in.

According to website Capital, the mansion, bought in 2017 for $9.2 million, belonged to the international star but has been “constantly under construction in recent years” without the Quebec singer living there. The selling price would reach 30 million dollars.

According to Capital, the new owners would be Charles H. Esserman, the founder of the investment fund TSG Consumer, and his wife Ivette. The three storey property sits on a 5600 square meter lot and extends over 2880 square meters. There are four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a 300 square foot garage.

However, the singer retains her estate in suburban Henderson, which she bought for $5 million in 2003, shortly after beginning her 16-year residency in Las Vegas.
