(CNN) – Britney Spears shared that she and her mother, Lynne Spears, get along better now.
Posting a throwback photo of herself as a child to her verified Instagram account, the singer wrote, “My sweet mama showed up at my door yesterday after three years… it’s been so long… With the family that’s always been.” Things that need to be solved… but time heals all wounds!!!”.
“And after being able to share what I’ve held back for a long time, I feel so blessed to try to make things RIGHT!” the caption read. “I love you very much [emojis de corazón]!!!”.

Spears added, “Psss… I’m so blessed that after 14 years we get to have coffee together!” Let’s go shopping later!!!”
She and her mother had reportedly become estranged, and the younger Spears had previously posted negative posts about her mother during the star’s fight for conservatory exemption.
Lynne Spears did not comment publicly on the meeting. In August 2022, he made an appeal to his daughter, writing on social media, “Britney, all your life I’ve done everything to support your dreams and desires!” And besides, I’ve done my best to get you out of trouble help out!”
“I’ve never turned my back on you, and I never will! Your rejection of the countless times I have flown and the calls make me feel hopeless!” Lynne Spears wrote. “I’ve tried everything. I love you very much, but this conversation is just for you and me, personally, privately.”
