With 21 offices in Quebec, Victoria Cheese Factory definitely has the wind in its sails. By becoming a franchisee, you can join a beautiful and large family and contribute to the success of this recognized brand.
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong family values? Do you like working in a team and want to start your own company? If this fits your profile, why not become a franchisee of one of Fromagerie Victoria’s future restaurants? In addition to realizing your dream and starting an inspiring project, you can also draw on a proven recipe.
Passionate people wanted
In 2016, the franchise concept was born in the company. Since then it has been possible to taste the best cheese curds anywhere in Quebec!
Fromagerie Victoria already has three company restaurants and 18 franchise restaurants. The company intends to continue growing and aims to open twenty more new stores over the next five years. A unique opportunity for those with a passion for hospitality, customer service or people management and ideally with 5 to 10 years of experience in one or other of these fields.
You must also be able to invest financially, preferably with a minimum equity deposit of $50,000. But be aware that Fromagerie Victoria is ready to support its partners because, above all, it is looking for people willing to get involved. Its qualities as an emerging franchisor have also been recognized twice, including in 2020 as part of the Maillon d’Or Gala of the Conseil Québécois de la Franchise.
A distinctive offer
The well-known banner for Putin lovers, served with a choice of five different sauces, they also offer a variety of breakfasts and menus under one roof. But that’s not all: in addition to the restaurant, there is also a dairy open all year round, as well as a shop where you can take home the delicious homemade products.
The restaurants also have around 100 seats, a terrace and a drive-in.
The famous curd that Fromagerie Victoria is known for is made from 100% milk with no modified dairy ingredients. Delivered fresh daily to all branches, it won the Best Cheese Curd award in Quebec from Caseus Selection in 2020 and 2022.
What also distinguishes Fromagerie Victoria is the quality and speed of its service, the freshness of the food and the courtesy of its teams. A concept based on know-how from 1988, when two partners bought the former cheese factory that opened in 1946 and decided to add a restaurant. With this, Florian Gosselin and Youville Rousseau would pave the way for the success of the Fromagerie Victoria.
Now it is Marc-André Gosselin, Florian’s son, who has taken over the management of the family business. It continues the dynamism of its predecessors while giving it new life.
