Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied rumor explained

It was reported yesterday that Benjamin Millepied allegedly cheated on Natalie Portman.

The claims were first reported in the French magazine Voici. “It was short-lived and it’s over,” a source told People.

So far, neither Natalie nor Benjamin have commented on the reports, but according to a People’s source, the couple plans to stay together despite Ben’s scandal.

“He knows he made a huge mistake and is doing everything he can to get Natalie to forgive him and keep their family together,” the insider said. “Natalie is incredibly private and has no intention of showing it off in the media. Her top priority is protecting her children and their privacy.”

Natalie and Ben met when he was hired to choreograph their 2010 film Black Swan. Reflecting on the moment with SiriusXM, Natalie recalled being intrigued by his personality.

“I was in dreamland,” Natalie shared. “We had a whole round like he taught me to dance. You know, one of those romantics.” [stories] … It was definitely exciting and funny. It was wonderful. I don’t know about Instant. It was like I really got to know him and it was like, ‘Oh, that’s the person.'”

The couple married in 2012 and have two children together: 12-year-old Aleph and 6-year-old Amalia.
