A tattoo artist’s mistake leaves a young Swede devastated. That’s because she ended up carving the phrase “meow” on her bottom lip.
The disturbing oversight was shared on the profile that Wilma Hägglund, as she is known, maintains on TikTok, where she has garnered more than 12.2 million views.

“He tattooed my frigging mouth the wrong way round,” Wilma wrote in the video’s first caption.
As shown in the video, the idea was that the tattoo with the word “meow” was on the inside of the mouth.

Despite being the victim of the situation, most of the comments on the post questioned that she didn’t realize the grotesque mistake during the process.
“Did you faint from that?” scoffed one netizen. “I’m literally pissed you just didn’t realize it,” revealed another.
Thankfully, in a later post, Wilma revealed that the writing was laser removed:
