Comedian Raymond Arrieta shared today on his social networks the “most spectacular” photo of the fifteenth edition of the Da Vida Walk in aid of cancer patients and the Oncology Hospital.
“The most spectacular photo of the Da Vida hike. Many thanks to the stilt walkers who have brought joy to our city over these 15 years. True heroes,” he wrote alongside the picture.
The TV presenter also arrived at Hiram Bithorn Stadium last night in pain but with the satisfaction of having done his duty.
“As promised, we have arrived. We are here. Thank you people, for your love, for all these years, to all the volunteers,” the philanthropist said upon arrival.

“This was the hottest hike we’ve ever done… Today was an emotionally charged day that was a bit difficult. Someone on the left called me and cried because her husband couldn’t come. On the other hand, someone was celebrating because they were negative. They filled my heart with many experiences and many memories,” he said.
The entertainer kicked off the latest installment of Da Vida in Ponce last Wednesday, arriving in Bithorn after six days and touring through Juana Díaz, Cayey, Aibonito, Caguas and Guaynabo.
“To my family: Thank you for letting me do it again. They want me to stop,” Raymond admitted, though he expected he wouldn’t back down from his job of continuing to raise funds for the cause.
“This is not the end of the aid… We are closing the loop of walks, but the aid to the hospital continues,” he warned.
“Happy and proud to join this partner. The world needs many Raymond Arrieta. I’m your fan, I’m your friend… Thank you for everything you do,” said singer-songwriter Luis Fonsi, who joined him in the final segment.
Alexandra Fuentes, Alex DJ, Melina León and Oscarito also accompanied him in Da Vida.
The initiative has raised more than $15 million over the past 14 editions, resulting in hospital facility improvements, equipment purchases and direct service to patients.
