At the conference, Escobar will address the concept of a multipolar world, how it is evolving and what impact this is having on the global order.

The rise of the multipolar world represents a departure from the old power system centered on a single superpower, the United States. Economic, geopolitical and technological changes are transforming international relations. Escobar will allow attendees to better understand the implications of this new paradigm.
