The former TOWIE star, 32, who is expecting her second child with the former soccer player, 44, enjoyed the sun on the beach.
She showed off her blossoming belly in a black bikini top and sheer wrap sarong while enjoying a lazy day in the sun.
Rio looked like a helpful husband as he kissed her on the forehead and flaunted his shirtless body in black and white shorts.

Also on Wednesday she gave a little life update on her pregnancy and told how she reached the 34th week.
She said in the chat, “I’m really ready not to be pregnant now!” I’m really hot, annoyed and tired and we have a busy couple of weeks ahead of us.
“I’m ready to meet her now.” But I still have a lot of preparation to do.
Kate is currently expecting her second child with Rio. They already have a son together, Cree, two.
Kate is also stepmother to Rio’s children Lorenz, 16, Tate, 14, and Tia, 12, whom he shared with Rebecca Ellison before she died of breast cancer in 2015, aged just 34.
Her latest post comes just days after Kate revealed her exact date of birth in a question-and-answer session on her Instagram account.

Last week, Kate was asked, “How long before the bubbas is due?” “Exciting times,” to which she replied, “Eight weeks to go and belly growing fast.”
Alongside the snap, Kate shared a picture of her growing belly in a crop top and sweatpants, proudly showing off her bump.
Elsewhere in the Q&A, Kate revealed that she and Rio only just plucked up the courage to kiss in front of their kids, six years after they met.
Kate opened up about how she and Rio started a no-kiss rule when they were in front of his late wife Rebecca’s three children.
Kate said her entire relationship with Rio wasn’t initially romantic because of complications with his children from his first marriage.
She shared how she and Rio made sure the kids didn’t disrupt their early “dates” together by limiting themselves to half-hour pub visits.
Discussing how sensitive she and Rio had to be with their relationship early on because of the kids, Kate said, “We didn’t have all the honeymoon time.”

“It really started: ‘Right, we have kids and if we can do that, we’re all in.’
“So the romance was pretty much dead because there’s three kids, they lost their mother, you think about it so much, you just want to make it right.”
“I don’t feel like I’m there all the time, and when I’ve been there, it’s been fun.” And absolutely no kissing. We said that the other day — I said, “We don’t kiss that much in front of the kids.”
“I said, ‘Because in the beginning we were so careful not to do it, to not upset her or make her uncomfortable, then all of a sudden we just moved on with it.’
“So we started taking a little kiss.” We’re like, ‘Oh, give us a kiss — urgh, gross’. But it’s been six years now.”
