Another added, “Love this.” I’ve just returned from vacation and have been feeling so insecure with my body that as I get older it’s becoming harder and harder to feel young, slim and look like I used to.
“It can be difficult to accept the changes in our bodies.” I love seeing real, unfiltered women on social media. This really helps us curvy women feel more normal. xX.’

The post comes after Liberty recently revealed she has gained weight since appearing on the ITVBe show but is slowly learning to accept it.
She posted a series of pictures showing how her weight had changed since the show and revealed that despite being 6/8, she felt the need to edit her photos to the point of not recognizing herself.
Liberty wrote: “Please understand it’s really scary for me to post… The first picture is of me in Ibiza the other day, size 10, confident with my curves.”
“Slide 2 is me 8 months before I went on Love Island. I was about size 36-38, the left picture is unedited, the right one is what I posted on my Instagram.’ I couldn’t find the exact picture as it’s been 2 and a half years.’
She continued: “It’s scary to think that I didn’t see how much I edited my pictures getting my waist down to this size – and don’t get me wrong, I love a tan – , but the fact that I felt the need to transfer it to my body and completely change my skin tone. Looking back I think it’s so unhealthy.
“My point is that it really isn’t about how skinny we are or how tall we are or what we look like etc., it’s about self-acceptance.”
The reality personality, who appeared on ‘Love Island’ season 7, recently admitted she was ‘tempted’ to edit a bikini snap to ‘lift her natural boobs and reduce her bloating,’ then decided but that she wanted to flaunt her normal body.
Liberty said, “To this day, I still feel like I stand out and I’m a little bit different, but I want to encourage girls to embrace themselves and be a positive role model on social media.”
She has since created a mini IGTV series called Second Skin, which allows her followers to spread love, positivity and talk about the issues they are struggling with.
