The appearance comes after Aaron was named as a candidate to play James Bond after Daniel Craig left the franchise.
Although it’s been a year and a half since Daniel’s last appearance as Bond in No Time To Die, the producers are taking their time when it comes to making their choice as this role is poised to be one of the franchise’s biggest reboots.
The Bond speculation comes after Aaron reportedly had a secret audition and continues to be the most-voted star for the role.
According to Puck New, Aaron sat down with producer Barbara Broccoli and sources claimed the meeting went “really well.”
It was also reported in December that Aaron had filmed scenes as a secret agent, filming the memorable “gun barrel teaser shots” that have featured in the films over the years.
A source told The Sun at the time, “Aaron impressed bosses so much he did one of the franchise’s famous gun barrel teaser scenes, which all the actors do.” .”
They added, “Brand executives were truly impressed by his unique blend of intense acting and his impressive catalog of action films.”
However, the source went on to say that nothing has been officially confirmed and it is unclear what the next steps might be.
