EastEnders star Brian Conley has revealed he could potentially face broke in this year’s Christmas cliffhanger.
The 61-year-old actor, who plays Rocky Cotton on the series, told presenter Steph McGovern on Thursday’s show Steph’s Packed Lunch that the BBC1 soap opera plans to shoot several different endings for this year’s Christmas episode to keep viewers in the to keep uncertain.
He said: “In February we had a beautiful episode where we’re getting ready for Christmas and someone is dead in ‘The Vic and Letitia’ and there they are in a wedding dress and covered in blood.
“So everyone’s like, ‘Oh my god, who’s dead?’ as is all the actors on the show, and all you saw was that it’s a man, isn’t it, I don’t know.”
“You just saw the cufflinks and I think everyone has been looking for these cufflinks for a while.”

When asked by Steph if the cast knew who the victim was, Brain replied, “None of us have a clue.”
“I think there will be ten of us there by Christmas, so it will be a big surprise for us too.”
“Maybe we’ll all film a moment where we’re all on the floor and then they can reveal who it is until the last minute on Christmas Day.”
When asked if he was afraid of potentially getting killed, Brian said: “You’re in an ongoing drama, so you know people are dying and you live in suspense, especially when you’re enjoying it, and that we all have them.” You guys are a great bunch, everyone.
“I’m really excited to be a part of it and I’m just really excited about what we’re doing now and the fact that it’s the number one soap opera.”
It comes after Albert Square’s latest addition last month caused an uproar among other EastEnders actors as the cheeky character insists on insulting Brian during the takes.
The newcomer has wreaked havoc on set with his colorful language and often deviates from the script, much to his co-star’s amusement.
Brash bird Jasper Parrott will appear in Walford as the beloved pet of Brian’s character Rocky.

According to The Sun, the parrot, named after comedian Jasper Carrott, is at the center of a bitter custody battle between Rocky and his estranged ex-wife Jo.
A source told the publication, “That parrot loves Brian.” They were hilarious to watch between takes.”
They added, “The bird has just started filming, but on the first day on set he walked off the script with colorful language that definitely couldn’t be aired before the tipping point.”
“We spent a lot of the shoot telling Brian he sucks.” “Obviously these animal performers are consummate professionals, so with the beak closed it quickly got back to work – but everyone was exhausted.”
