Noreen Nash dies aged 99: MGM star of Giant and The Southerner dies of natural causes at her Beverly Hills home
Hollywood star Noreen Nash has died at the age of 99, as her son announced.
Nash was best known for her roles in films of the 1940s and 1950s and died of natural causes at her home in Beverly Hills, California.
Her eldest son, Lee Siegel Jr., shared the sad news with The Hollywood Reporter.
Movie fans will remember the star from titles like The Southerner, Giant and The Lone Ranger and the Lost City of Gold.
During her career that spanned two decades, the actress appeared in B movies including Phantom From Space (1953), in which she played a kidnapped scientist filmed at LA’s famous Griffith Observatory.
