SATURDAY June 10th
The Business Club Entrepreneur of Cégep à L’Assomption invites the public to the 1st edition of the Salon des Artisans on Saturday 10 June 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.mAt Cegep at L’Assomption. This is an opportunity to purchase creations by our student artisans: canvases, prints, tote bags, jewellery, knit and crochet items, spices in biodegradable capsules, candles, duvets, mugs and decorations.
Of 14 o’clockthe North Shore Relay for Life starts on the Île-des-Moulins Terrebonne. The goal is to raise $350,000. The Honorary President is Alexandre Da Costa, internationally renowned conductor and violinist. All information on the Relais website: www.relaisrivenord.ca.
It will be that too 3. Rawdon CycloFest. This year, five routes vary between 40 and 100 km. When the cyclists return around 2 p.m., a festive get-together is planned. For information: www.rawdon.com.
Sunday June 11th
AT 2.30.in the Salle Desjardins of the Cultural Center of joliette, the Grand Orchester de Joliette presents its concert “Cinema from Yesterday to Today”. Parts from movies like The Godfather, The Lion King and The Lord of the Rings. The musicians will be accompanied by choirs from the Les Explorateurs and Notre-Dame-de-Fatima schools in Sainte-Julienne and the Center Académique de Lanaudière in Repentigny.
