This time, after the Summer Game Fest opening ceremony, Benji-Sales released a list of viewer interest in the trailers.

The fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 was the series’ favorite, and its views more than doubled those of its closest competitor, the first trailer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
Interestingly, player-critical action-platformer Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown also made the top six.
The six most popular Summer Game Fest trailers are as follows
- Mortal Kombat 1 – Over 6.8 million views
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth – over 3 million views
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (Release Date) – Over 2.1 million views
- Sonic Superstars – Over 1.8 million views
- Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 – 1.3+ million views
- Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown – 1+ million views.
