A 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in the central England city of Nottingham after three people were found dead and three others injured early this morning. “The agents are still working to clarify the incident conclusively”; This was reported by the police, who initially described the incident as a “serious incident”. A team of agents from the National Coordination Service of Security Agencies (NILO) have traveled to the region to assist in the investigation, although authorities have not at this time described the incident as an “act of terrorism” or indicated any link to the type of crime.
