Terrorism in Texas. Cesar Olalde, 18, was jailed for killing his parents, brother and sister at his family’s home in the small town of Nash in late May. He justified the killings by accusing his family of “cannibalism,” according to his affidavit to authorities, obtained by the Associated Press.
After tough negotiations with the police, the young man was arrested on May 23 in the apartment he had barricaded. He had called local authorities minutes earlier, confessed to the murders and threatened to kill himself.
