A high-profile Melbourne fashion designer has listed her luxurious multi-million dollar ‘palace’.
Michelle Aznavorian, owner of multi-million dollar fashion label Mischa, is selling her luxurious, French-inspired home in Melbourne’s east.
The Glen Waverly home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large living room and adjoining stylish kitchen.
It was listed by Harcourt’s Judd White agent Julie Wells as having a guide price of $1.8 million to $1.9 million.
The house will be auctioned on July 15, which will be chaired by Dexter Prack, the agency’s CEO.

Michelle and her husband Martin Perez bought the property in 2016 and had it extensively renovated to give it an airy Parisian feel.
Speaking to The Herald Sun, the fashion designer said she’s still “very much in love” with the property but had always planned to sell it.

“From the moment I bought the house, I had a plan to sell it after seven years, and I will do the same after every property purchase,” she said.
Michelle added that she, her husband and children will always have “unforgettable memories” of the Glen Waverly home.
“The endless summer days by the pool and the summer evening parties in the garden were magical,” she said.
“We have unforgettable memories of sitting on the balcony after work and enjoying our beautiful garden and the view.”
