He claimed he would already give her $1.45 million to find a new apartment. The filings also indicate, we read, that he would also be willing to pay $30,000 a month for child support responsibilities, plus moving expenses, which would total around $10,000.

On June 8, Christine’s attorney filed an injunction against Costner, barring him from taking the children out of state and transferring or selling any property. On June 9, Costner’s attorneys filed a motion for an order to evict Christine from the home, a motion known as an “injunction barring the applicant from occupying the home.” He also calls for the prenuptial agreement to be sealed to ensure its confidentiality and for the court to determine the validity of the prenuptial agreement separately from considering other divorce issues to reduce the time.
