POTSDAM – Former deputy German government spokeswoman Ulrike Demmer has been voted the only remaining candidate for the new board of directors of Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB). The broadcasting board of the crisis-stricken ARD station voted in Potsdam on Friday for the 50-year-old to succeed acting boss Katrin Vernau.
