The lord of the Kremlin was in the country’s second largest city to attend the jubilee ceremony of the founding of Saint Petersburg, where flags with the image of Russia and the USSR were hoisted.

The event was chaired by Elena Ilyukhina, an executive at the Gazprom oil company.

In a viral video, the Russian president can be seen urging the woman to be silent during the performance of Russia’s national anthem while state television cameras were trained on her.

Comments on the networks flowed quickly.

“At the same time, it is the basis in all countries of the world. She’s just very poorly trained,” says one surfer.

“She’ll have to stay away from windows,” jokes another user, recalling several Russian politicians have been mysteriously killed in recent months.
