Adele was willing to give up buying Sylvester Stallone’s Los Angeles mansion if it didn’t include an iconic piece of decor.

Stallone told the Wall Street Journal that when he sold his home last year, he planned to bring back the “Rocky” statue that towers over his Los Angeles pool. Adele reportedly bought the Stallone home, but the statue had to be included in the sale.

“It’s not a deal. It’s going to blow the whole deal,” Stallone recalled as Adele said.

Stallone stopped by and gave Adele his Rocky Balboa statue. “I like what she’s doing, she’s doing great,” he added.

The “Rocky” franchise became a household name after the debut of the first film in 1976. “Rocky” won three Oscars and Stallone received a nomination for Best Actor in a Film. In 2016, Stallone was nominated for Best Supporting Actor after reprising his role as Rocky Balboa in the spin-off Creed.

According to Harper’s Bazaar, Adele bought the home for $58 million. The home – located in a celebrity enclave in Beverly Hills – reportedly has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The home features a screening room, cigar room with a bespoke bar, eight-stall garage, infinity pool, spa, and art studio, among others.

The outlet reported that Stallone built the home on the 3.5-acre lot after purchasing the property in 1994.

Adele’s 30-year mortgage payments will reportedly cost $227,000 a month, including property taxes and a 5% interest rate, the Chron first reported.

Price probably isn’t an issue for Adele, 34, as this is her fourth mansion in Los Angeles. The singer’s net worth is about $183 million.
