Things are heating up in the MasterChef Australia kitchen this year as 18 contestants compete for a chance to win culinary gold.
And with the finals still to come, insiders have already made their predictions on who will be crowned the winner.
Speaking to New Idea magazine on Wednesday, eliminated candidate Antonio revealed he has serious doubts about who will make it to the final.
“They’re all great, so I know any of them can actually do it.” [But] I would like to see Declan or Rhiannon [in the final two]revealed the Venezuelan-born chef.
Meanwhile, displaced Grace told WHO magazine she expects Brent or Theo to reign victorious.

This comes as Ten continues his search for contestants for the next season of MasterChef.
Filming dates for the new season have not yet been set, but applicants have been told they must be over the age of 18 by October 16.
There’s still no word on who will replace Jock as judge after his tragic death.
Jock died on May 1st at the age of 46. He was buried in a private funeral in Sydney in May, attended by 200 family and friends.
There are also rumors that hosts Melissa Leong and Andy Allen may be planning to leave the show as they continue to grapple with the tragic death of their co-star.
Some fans are convinced that the entire hosting panel could be completely replaced.
“Has anyone ever thought, ‘What if Mel and Andy decided not to serve as judges for the next season?'” one Facebook user wrote on a MasterChef fan page last week
“That crossed my mind too,” wrote another user.
