At tea time you have decided to bake biscuits. But there you saw the big picture and made (far) too much money.   • 250 g flour
  • 130 g ground almonds
  • 1 box of baking powder
  • 75g powdered sugar
  • 125g orange juice
  • 225g butter
  • chocolate spread
  • Crushed pecans or another dried fruit of your choice

The steps for baking cookies without cutters

If you are lucky enough to have a dough robot for making dough, don’t miss out on this one. Otherwise, all you need is a bowl and your thoroughly washed hands.

  • In a salad bowl or in the bowl of your food processor, Mix all ingredients together.
  • Form a ball then with the dough Divide it into 3 equal parts.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the first piece of dough on a floured work surface. Spread a generous layer of spread over the dough and Sprinkle with pecans.
