Arnold Schwarzenegger has made riding bikes with friends and family a regular part of his daily workout routine for the past several years.

And the former California governor was at it again, only this time he was joined by several people, including his girlfriend Heather Milligan.

The couple started in upstate Los Angeles and made their way to the coast. The ultimate destination was Schwarzenegger’s old weightlifting turf, Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach.

The Terminator star, who was also working out, ended up luring fans outside the building to take some selfies in front of the billboard for his new Netflix documentary series.

Later, after the father-of-five left, Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena was seen arriving at the Gold Gym for his almost daily workout.

Schwarzenegger, 75, sped through the streets of Los Angeles towards the beach in black track shorts, a gray USA T-shirt and black sneakers.

To counteract the glare of Southern California, the legendary action hero actor donned mirrored sunglasses on a day when inland temperatures topped 60-70 degrees Celsius

Milligan, 48, also opted for a sporty look in brown skinny leggings and a white low-cut sweatshirt over a blue crop top.

She also wore dark sunglasses and had her long blonde locks tied into a loose ponytail for the ride.

On another sunny day in Southern California and temperatures ranging between over 60 and low 70 degrees, the Austrian native was confronted with a group of people who were stunned to meet the Hollywood legend.

Being the fan-friendly gentleman he is, Schwarzenegger and a male fan who was also on the bike ride stopped to snap a few selfies while also making sure to have the documentary’s billboard in his picture.

Simply titled “Arnold,” the Netflix production follows “Arnold Schwarzenegger’s multifaceted life and career, from bodybuilding champion to Hollywood icon to politician.”

The three-part series premiered on the video-on-demand streaming service on June 7th.

After snapping a few photos with members of his adoring fan base, the two men began pushing their bikes forward, and moments later they were back on the road, pedaling away with Milligan.

The couple has been together since 2015, so about eight years.

Schwarzenegger split from his wife Maria Shriver in 2011 after it was revealed that he had fathered a son, Joseph Baena, now 25, while married to the family’s former housekeeper Mildred Baena.

He also has four children with his ex-wife: daughters Katharine (33), Christina (31) and sons Patrick (29) and Christopher (25).

While it was initially difficult to settle down, the longtime leading man has since developed a relationship with Baena, who has followed in his father’s footsteps with his love of weightlifting, sports in general, and passion for acting.

Baena made his way to the same Gold’s Gym, not far from the famous muscle beach in Venice Beach, for his daily workout.

The fitness model and real estate agent was ready for a workout wearing black shorts, a white Gold’s Gym t-shirt and black and white checkered slip-on sneakers.

For his workout at the facility, he donned a sleeveless t-shirt that helped show off his bulging biceps and pecs.
